Choose Leverage (insetad of lament or lethargy!)

This time of year is always a fork in the road moment – and there are three clear ways most of us approach it.

We can LAMENT what didn’t happen for us this year in our business or career, which doesn’t make us feel so good, and we’re probably tired anyway, so it's a waste of energy and doesn't change things.

We can be LETHARGIC and tune out – which temporarily shields us from the emotional impact of change and growth but isn’t productive to our business or career or moving us forward.
